CFCC literary, arts magazine to be unveiled Thursday afternoon
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The 2012 issue of CFCC’s Portals Literary and Arts Magazine will be unveiled during an event on Thursday.
The public is invited to celebrate the unveiling at Tabitha’s Courtyard in CFCC’s downtown Wilmington campus from 2:30 until 3:30 p.m., according to CFCC spokesperson David Hardin.
Faculty members are expected to present prizes for all writing and art categories. The Louise McColl Literary Excellence Award and Faculty/Staff Award will also be given out.
The celebration will reportedly include readings, live music, cake and punch, and free copies of the Portals Magazine.
