Former Rhino nightclub building for sale | Business
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The building that once housed Rhino, a former nightclub in downtown Wilmington, is for sale.
It’s reportedly up for grabs for $700,000, which is down from its original price of $2 million.
It includes two apartment spaces, and the downstairs area could be used for retail.
The bank took back the building in June, which is why it’s now for sale.
The Historic Preservation Committee has the rights to oversee any future changes to the building that might me made.
