Get in the Christmas spirit Friday
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Get in the Christmas spirit Friday with the annual downtown Tree Lighting in Riverfront Park.
Holiday entertainment will begin at 5:30 p.m. followed by the lighting of the tree just before 6:30 p.m.
The Epik Jazz Trio will perform holiday favorites and the Thalian Association Performance Group will stroll around the area spreading holiday cheer.
Santa will arrive shortly after the tree lighting and will visit with children at no cost. Families are encouraged to bring their cameras.
