Children ring in the New Year without staying up late
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The beginning of 2013 is upon us and the Children’s Museum of Wilmington is hosting its annual New Year’s Noon celebration.
Children are invited to celebrate 2013 with a fun juice toast, confetti, noisemakers and a lot of “midnight” excitement in the museum’s courtyard.
This event is a way for children of all ages to enjoy the excitement of bringing in the New Year without having to stay up past their bedtime.
If you missed the event Monday, the museum will have an encore celebration Tuesday from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
