Donate an old cell phone to help a soldier | Community Spirit

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Students at UNCW working towards earning a minor in leadership are collecting cell phones for soldiers throughout October.

Anyone with old and gently used phones is encouraged to donate them to one of several collection locations on campus by Oct. 26:

• Admissions Office
• Cameron School of Business
• Center for Activities & Involvement (CAIC)
• Computer Information Systems Building (CIS)
• Fisher Center Information Desk
• Friday Annex
• Randall Library
• Wagoner Hall
• Watson College of Education

According to the UNCW Facebook page, cell phones and monetary donations will also be collected at the following upcoming events:

Oct. 17 – Georgia State vs. UNCW soccer match beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Oct. 19/20 – Ghost Ship beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Late October – Fuzzy Peach on Racine Drive
