WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – With the help of overhead surveillance of the SABLE helicopter, officers with the Wilmington Police Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit were able to arrest four people on drug related charges.
According to Lucy Crockett with the police department, investigators executed search warrants at three different locations in Wilmington that led to three grams of raw heroin, 32 bags of PCP, a large amount of paraphernalia and packaging materials, and 110 bags of heroin packaged for direct distribution.
SWAT helped officers gain entry at the three locations: 1416
Greenfield Street; 919
S Fourth Street; and a Hotel
room of the Holiday Inn on Market Street.

According to police, Grady had already had warrants on file for making direct threats on law enforcement officers.
