49-year-old man charged with indecent liberties with a child | Crime
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – A Wilmington man was arrested in Brunswick County and charged with first-degree sexual offense and indecent liberties with a child.
Joseph Henry Spicer Jr., 49, was arrested Tuesday and appeared in court on Wednesday. He elected to have a court-appointed attorney represent him.
In June, Spicer committed the sexual acts with a child under the age of 13, according to warrants.
Spicer was in the Brunswick County Jail under a $250,000 secured bond at the time of this post.
