Temperatures hit 104 degrees on Middle Sound Loop Road
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The National Weather Service released the following high temperatures around New Hanover County for Friday:
- 100 degrees: Wilmington Airport at 3:35 p.m.
- 100 degrees: Wilmington-Kings Grant at 3:51 p.m.
- 99 degrees: Wilmington-Courtney Pines at 3:54 p.m.
- 104 degrees: Wilmington-Middle Sound Loop at Hwy. 18 at 3:54 p.m.
- 94 degrees: Wilmington-Middle Sound Loop Road at 3:55 p.m.
- 92 degrees: Masonboro Island-Intracoastal Waterway at 3:45 p.m.
- 101 degrees: Wilmington-State Port at 3:50 p.m.
- 100 degrees: Wilmington-Monkey Junction at 3:48 p.m.
