NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – New Hanover County Commissioner Brian Berger appeared in court Tuesday for traffic violations.
An officer with the Wilmington Police Department pulled Berger over in January and charged him for speeding and driving with a revoked license.
According to his attorney, the revoked license charge was dropped because Berger has since gotten it renewed. The speeding charges were dropped from 41 in a 25 to 34 in a 25 so no points will go on his license.
