NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) – A total of 268 people have voted early so far in the second primary election in the five counties of the WECT viewing area.
Board of Election officials in each county released the following voting numbers as of Tuesday:
The second primary election in North Carolina, which includes 15 races, will take place next Tuesday.
In New Hanover County, the Board of Elections office will be the only one-stop location from June 28 through July 14 for early voting. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday, July 14, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be no in-person voter registration during this election.
