City moves forward with parking deck changes | News

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - One downtown organization recently warned the city about problems with the parking decks, citing poor lighting, misplaced signs and no trash cans.

Now, however, an email from the city manager shows staff has already repaired the elevator in the Market Street deck.

One project in the works is replacing the blue lights on all floors, and some jobs will have to wait until the next budget, like extra trash cans.
