Another TV pilot to begin filming in the Port City | News

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Another TV pilot will soon start production in the Port City – Witches of East End.

According to film permits, the television pilot will begin filming Tuesday, October 16 at the intersection of Water and Market Streets.

The film permit says crews will be filming an exterior town market scene where a car almost hits a cat.

Four cast members and 50 extras will be used in the scene.

The lower half of the 00 block of Market Street and Water Street between Princess and Dock will be closed from 6 a.m. – 4 p.m. during filming.

If you see a car accident at the intersection of Market and Water, don't worry – it's just a special effect.
