County plans to take legal action against contractor | News
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - Some legal action is on the way for a contractor with previous work with New Hanover County.
County commissioners voted Tuesday to sue Clancy & Theys Construction Company.
The business was contracted with the county to renovate the Cobb Annex Building of the courthouse in downtown Wilmington.
WECT.com is told that the reason for the lawsuit is defective work.
Commissioners made the decision in closed session, so few details are known at this time.
