RUMORS: Kim Kardashian to attend Marine Corps Ball? | News

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A big-name is expected to be in attendance at the Marine Corps Ball Thursday night.

E! Online is reporting Kim Kardashian was invited by a Marine to be a special guest for the evening.

US Weekly is also reporting Kardashian will be at the ball. They say she was "honored that she was invited."

There are rumors the 10th Marine Birthday Ball will be at the Wilmington Convention Center. The convention center, however, denies that the ball will be held in Wilmington.

According to Susan Eaton with the convention center, the Marines hosting the event tonight said they are aware of the rumors about Kardashian, but to their knowledge she won't be at the ball.

There is no confirmation Kardashian will be in attendance.
