Contents of Orton Plantation to be auctioned off | News
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Items from inside one of the oldest structures in Brunswick County was auctioned off in Wilmington Monday.
The Orton Plantation was sold last year to billionaire Louis Bacon. The grounds have since been closed to the public.
The contents of the plantation were up for sale at the Big South Auction house on Market Street Monday morning.
