New Hanover County Asst. County Manager to retire
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WECT) - In a matter of days, New Hanover County is losing nearly six decades of knowledge and experience.
Monday, New Hanover County Manager Bruce Shell announced he was retiring in the middle of the year. Now, Assistant County Manager Andre Mallette plans to retire.
Mallette has more than 31 years of service to teh county. He has been the Assistant County Manager since 2006.
Mallette will retire at the beginning of May.
