Crystal Clark

Crystal Clark joined WECT in January 2011. She's currently the news producer for Carolina in the Morning on both WECT and Fox Wilmington, and the Communities Reporter.

A Raleigh native, Crystal was eager to get her feet wet in the news business along the shores of North Carolina. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she majored in Media Communications and minored in both Journalism and English. Crystal spent her senior year learning the ways of the news industry interning with the Raleigh newsroom of News 14 Carolina.

For Crystal, writing and telling a good story comes with ease. She says her favorite part of the day is sitting in the production booth during a show, watching her hard work play out with perfection.

In her spare time she enjoys road trips, cheering on the Wolfpack, and spending time with family, friends and her sisters in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She's always looking for a good story and events happening around the community.
